CASp Inspections and Reports

Small business owners are why we began offering accessibility services.

We did not like seeing businesses go under because of construction related ADA lawsuits, that often times would have been easily avoided with some minor proactive steps.

Whether you are looking at taking a proactive approach now or are faced legal ramifications for access issues at your property, we have services and resources tailored to fit your small business needs. We want to help your business provide access while avoiding ADA lawsuits.

Inspections

Step 1:

The first step we'll take is to inspect your property. We have worked with clients ranging from retail, hospitality, food and beverage, office, medical, educational, multifamily, and more and in complexity from single building offices to multibuilding manufacturing plants.

The inspection process we created allows for a thorough review of your sites accessibility and gives us the data we need to help you move forward.

Reports

Step 2:

Over the years, our reports have greatly evolved to meet the needs of our unique clients. We can offer a multitude of reports to best suite your needs.

Depending on where you are at in the barrier removal process, we will provide a report that is easy to navigate, details important high level information and breaks down the details necessary for you to understand where to go next.

Transition Plans

Step 3:

With a CASp inspection and report, you don't have to do all the work at once to remain a Qualified Defendant. If you create a transition plan and are active in keeping up with the plan, you will still be able to take advantage of the benefits of having a CASp report should a lawsuit arise while you are making improvements.

Your transition plan will break down the improvements yearly based on what you can afford and the priority of the improvement for creating access.
