What We Do

01

Inspections

Our state of the art inspection tools and detailed processes, ensure your buildings CASp inspection is accurate and complete. We measure and inspect every area of your office, retail, or public space to check for compliance with the Federal Americans with Disabilities Act and the California Building Code.

We offer CASp inspections, pre-lease inspections, pre and post-construction inspections, plan review and more.

02

Reports

Our reports are unlike any other CASp report we have come across. We deliver a specialized report depending on your project and needs. Whether you are in a lawsuit or you are doing a tenant improvement, our CASp Reports can help you easily identify the problem and design an appropriate solution for barrier removal.

03

Design

A CASp Report is provided to help you understand the architectural barriers found on your site or in your building and identify a solution. However, to ensure your project moves forward without further problems, we can provide drawings and specifications for your project's ADA upgrades.

04

Consulting

We enjoy being an asset to other design professionals. As an architect, we understand the unique challenges design professionals face. We want to be a part of your team, working to make sure your beautiful designs are accessible to all. From plan review to designs and specifications, you can put your buildings ADA needs in our hands and take the worry off your mind.

05

Expert witness

Our firm's principal, Lewis, has served as an expert witness on several ADA lawsuits. His unique qualifications, including serving on the Access Code Collaborative and writing the updates for the California Building Code, make him a credible candidate for your ADA suit. If you have been sued, please contact our office to determine the best next steps. We can also recommend several qualified attorneys if you do not have one already.
